Design and Construction of a building, including the integration of processes within, is a complicated and costly venture. For most, this procedure is a means to an end, and managing the process is an added responsibility heaped on top of those daily tasks that represent their core business. At SKJN managing the design and overseeing the construction process
is our core business.

Having an Owner's Representative throughout the process ensures that your best interests are served. The roll of the Owner's Rep is to monitor and manage the myriad of entities involved and ensure commitments are fulfilled. Architects, Contractors, Suppliers, Owners Consultants, Testing Agencies, and Permitting agencies are just a few of the many professionals that play a roll in the process of taking your facility from your minds eye to reality and sometimes having their own agenda which may not coincide with yours. We follow the entire process through from concept to occupancy and protect your interests every step of the way. We include you in as much or as little as you want keeping you informed through any number of reporting mechanisms.
